1. Digital Delivery & Turnaround Policy

All products sold on HolidayLightInstallCo.com are digital architectural visualizations, PDF installation blueprints, and hosted web estimator tools. No physical light strands or hardware are shipped.

  • Interactive Blueprint Dossier: Generated immediately upon submitting your property dimensions and accessible via your private 128-bit order link.
  • Custom 2K Nighttime Property Renders ($29 / $49 / $39 / $79 / $149 packages): Delivered digitally to your project dossier and email address within 1 to 4 hours during standard operating hours (and always within 24 hours maximum).
  • Contractor Instant Quote Pages (/pro/your-company): Live immediately in preview mode and customized with your exact per-foot pricing, phone number, and lead routing within 2 hours of checkout.

2. 100% Satisfaction, Revision & Refund Policy

We stand behind every custom property render, handyman blueprint, and contractor quote page:

  • Free Layout Revisions: If you want to adjust bulb colors (e.g., swap 2700K Warm White for Multi-Color or Candy Cane), add or remove wreaths/trees, or modify your contractor per-foot rates, reply to your delivery email for complimentary revisions.
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If we cannot deliver a nighttime visualization or estimator page that meets your specifications, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, email avery@holidaylightinstallco.com with your order email or Stripe receipt and we will issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

3. Privacy Policy & Property Photo Handling

We collect only the information required to fulfill your order and operate your estimator page:

  • Information Collected: Name, email address, optional phone number, property street address or exterior house photograph, and lighting configuration preferences.
  • Payment Security: All credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Link payments are processed directly by Stripe over encrypted TLS connections. Holiday Light Installs never sees or stores your raw card number or CVV.
  • Property Photos & Dossiers: Uploaded house photographs are used strictly to generate your requested nighttime lighting visualizations. Public blueprint links use 128-bit cryptographic tokens and exclude personal contact details.
  • Data Deletion Requests: You may request permanent deletion of your uploaded property photos or contact record at any time by emailing avery@holidaylightinstallco.com.

4. Scope of Service & Electrical Safety Notice

Holiday Light Installs provides digital design visualizations, linear-footage estimates, and software quoting tools only. We do not perform physical ladder, roof, or electrical contracting services. Homeowners and independent installers are responsible for verifying local HOA rules, following UL/NEC outdoor GFCI electrical limits (maximum 1,440W continuous load on a standard 15A 120V circuit), and using safe ladder and fall-protection practices.
